临床技能仿真训练系统在急诊医学教学中的应用研究

Research about Clinical skill emulate training system in Emergency medicine Education

针对现代医学临床教学中普遍存在的问题和我院教学实际的需要,通过引入现代教育理念和技术,应用高级仿真系统(ECS)进行急诊医学的教学研究,建立以临床模拟电教教学与临床实践相结合的教学方式。实践显示,该系统能逼真地模拟现实情况下的各类急、危、重复杂情景、患者的临床症状与生命体征,从而使学生技能训练更加标准、规范。减少了医疗事故和纠纷在临床实践中的发生,为学科发展提供教学经验和依据。

This text aims directly at ubiquitous problems in modern medicine education and actual need for teaching practice in our college. Through introducing idea and technology of modern education, applying Emergency Care Simulator （ECS） - advanced simulation system in education and research in emergency medicine, to set up a simulation teaching with clinical practice teaching mode. Practice showed that this system can realistically simulate patients＇ clinical symptoms and vital signs, current situation in all kinds of emergency, critical and compicated condition, so that students can get skill training which is more standard and normative. This helps to reduce malpractice and medical tangle and provides experience and foundation to science development.
