摘要
研究了固体渗碳温度、渗碳时间、淬火加热温度和保温时间、回火温度等对65Nb基体钢硬度和韧性的影响。结果表明,适宜的工艺为920℃×4h固体渗碳,1080℃×25min加热淬火,560℃回火。
Effective factors such as the temperature and the time of pack carburizing,the austenizing temperature, the holding time and the tempering temperature on the hardness and toughness of matrix steel 65Nb are reported.Test results show that pack carburizing is suitable at 920℃ for 4 hours,austenizing for quenching at 1080℃,the holding time is 25min then tempering at 560℃.
