摘要
研究了钢的热浸渗铝及扩散退火工艺。工艺参数经优化定为:热浸温度740~750℃,保持12min,扩散退火工艺为950℃,保温3~5h。处理后提高了加热炉构件耐蚀性。
The behaviors of aluminizing of steel parts in hot bath and high temperature diffusing annealing is studied.The parameters of the process were optimized.They were determined as:the temperature of the hot bath is 740~750℃,the time of components immersing is 12min.the diffuse process is at 950℃ for 3~5 hours.Treated with this process,the steel components of furnace have high corrosive resistance and obtain a long service life.
