本文以平面螺旋焊缝自动焊应用为例，介绍了一种采用单片机控制的焊接转胎自动调速系统。文中详述了控制系统的构成、工作原理、硬件及软件设计。并针对系统的工作特点，采取了实用可行的抗干扰措施，本系统的基本设计原理也适用于其它类型焊缝的自动焊。

An automatic regulating-speed system for welding turner, which is used in foe automaticwelding of spiral plane welds, is introduced in this paper. The structure, hardware and software aredetailed. Also, aiming at the features of the system, some feasible anti-interference measures are taken.The practical application shows that the system is stable and the properties satisfy welding production.
