摘要
介绍了银行房地产贷款项目的现状,分析了银行房地产贷款项目评估中存在的问题,针对出现的问题提出了提高评估工作质量的对策,从而为贷款决策提供了依据。
This paper introduces the present situation of bank real estate loan project, analyzes the problems existed in its evaluation, and proposes countermeasures to increase the quality of evaluation work, in order to offer basis for decision-making of loan.
