摘要
对临床表现已经明确判定亚急性期脑梗塞的病例70例,采用了常规MRI扫描,自旋回波技术中的T1、T2加权及质子密度像,以及弥散加权像用平面回波成像技术,并将两种技术所见进行了比较,同时使用工作站专业图像后处理软件进行弥散成像的ADC值及影像分析。指出了弥散磁共振检查ADC值对判定脑内亚急性期梗塞中脑组织的缺血状态评估的价值。
Researches 70 patients of clinically confirmed in subacute cerebral infarction involved brain on a GE 1.5T MR system. And acquires images with axial, coronal and sagittal T2- weighted, proton density (PD) FSE and T1- weighted sequences, followed by axial DWI sequence. Analyzes all ADC values in the operator- defined regions of interest to determine normal brain white matter, lesion of the subacute cerebral infarction, demyelination and tumor on Signa advantage windows workstation (Func Tool software) by GE company. Points out The values of MR imaging and Diffusion weighted MR imaging (DW-MRI) apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) for detecting the tissue instance of brain ischemia in the subacute cerebral infarction.
