摘要
针对如何在有限的时间内较准地确定所想竞拍土地的举牌价格,并结合工程实例,介绍了确定土地竞拍报价的过程步骤与方法,指出准确确定土地竞拍价格是竞拍到土地的关键。
In view of the question that how to correctly determine the auction price of land used for real estate in limit time, in this paper combined with practical work the process and method to determine the auction price of land are introduced. Author points out that correct price are key factor for land auction.
