摘要
英汉象形文字的比较是建立在象形文字具体内涵的基础上。本文通过象形文字具体意义的展示,探讨了英汉象形文字表意功能的异同,在此基础上分析了英语和汉语象形文字在构词和构句上的语用特点,并在双语比照下进一步探讨了象形文字的转换规律和原则,从而达到有效地运用和理解象形文字。
The paper aims to find similarities and differences of English and Chinese pictograph words on the basis of analyzing the specific meaning of these words. After studying the pragmatic features of hieroglyphs in the formation of words and sentences, it explores the principles of bilingual conversion to achieve effective use and understanding of pictograph words.
