摘要
本文分析了建造和应用柔性制造系统的关键因素，论述柔性制造系统成功与否主要取决于人们对其柔性的认识和思维方法，并具体指出了柔性思维方法对实际建造柔性制造系统的积极作用。
The key factors in building FMS and its application have been analysed in this paper.We have discussed the argument that whether the FMS is efficient will depend on the realization and thinking method about its flexibility.The positive role of flexible thinking method in the practice of building FMS has been pointed out.
