This text develop an analysis frame based upon specialization, under this frame, the stabilities of strategy alliances are endogenous result of the processes of choosing the level of specialization and the synergetic pattern. The stability boundary of alliances is decided by the assets specificity that form alliances, the transaction efficiency and the ratio of prices in markets and the cooperation efficiency among partners of strategy alliances.
