摘要
随着外资银行的全面进入以及银行产权改革的全面展开,我国银行业的市场结构和竞争格局都有所变化,这必将对银行稳定性带来一定程度的冲击,也使得我国银行业集中度、竞争与稳定性的关系更加紧密。近期国内外有大量文献讨论银行业集中度、竞争与稳定性的关系,虽然理论探讨和实证研究都有待进一步展开,但某些观点对我国下一步深化银行业的改革有启示作用。
With the entry of foreign banks into China＇s bank market and the property right reform, China＇s banks are experiencing changes in bath the market structure and the competition in banking. This would definitely bring some impact on China＇s banks, making it closer in their concentration, competition, and stability. Much research has been done on the relationship between banking concentration, competition, and stability at home and abroad. Both theoretical predictions and empirical studies are conflicting, though, some of their perspectives are quite instructive for the further reform of China＇s bank industry.
