摘要
从烟羽模型法应用于确定交通影响范围的建模过程分析入手,指出其存在的不足,修正了类比假设的不合理,通过合理假设,建立了一个能定量化、实用性较强的确定拟建项目交通影响范围的模型,并举以实例。
Starting form the application of plume model in modeling traffic impact scope, the paper points out shortcomings of the application, modifies unreasonable content of analogical assumption, and then establishes a quantitative, practical model through reasonable assumption, which could determine traffic impact scope of a planned project.Case study is used to express its effectiveness.
