尼莫地平对轻中度阿尔茨海默病病人认知功能的影响

Nimodipine for Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease

目的应用尼莫地平治疗轻度、中度阿尔茨海默病(AD),观察并评价其确切临床疗效。方法对21例AD病人应用尼莫地平治疗,治疗前后进行认知功能量表的检测,包括简易智力状态检查、日常生活能力量表、Pfeffer功能活动调查表、Fuld物体记忆测验、快速词汇测验、数字广度测验、积木测验。结果AD病人用药前后简易智力状态检查、Fuld物体记忆测验、快速词汇测验差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);日常生活能力量表检查、Pfeffer功能活动调查表用药前后差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平能改善轻度、中度阿尔茨海默病人的认知功能、日常生活能力和记忆功能。

Objective To observe the effect of nimodipine on the cognition status in the patients （pts） with Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods Twenty-one pts with Alzbelmer＇s disease take nimodipine for 12 weeks, Mini Mental State Exanimation （MMSE）, Activities of Daily Living Scale （ADL）, Pfeffer＇ s Outpatient -Disability Questionnaire （ POD）, Fuld Object - Memory Evaluation （FOM）, Rapid Verbal Retrieve （RVR）, Digit Span （DS） and Block Design （BD） were conducted pre- and post- treatment. Results There was significant difference in scores of MMSE, FOM and RVR following treatment compared with that pre- treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was significant difference in scores of ADL, POD after treatment as compared with that before treatment（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nimodipine could improve memory ability as well as daily living ability and the general cognition function in the pts with Alzheimer＇s disease.
