小型钛板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折52例临床分析

目的探讨小型钛板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床效果。方法对52例颌骨骨折患者行小型钛板内固定治疗，其中8例多发性或粉碎性骨折者辅以1～2周颌间固定。术后1、3、6个月复诊摄X线片，观察骨折线对位愈合情况与咬舍关系。结果52例患者术后伤口均无感染，2例局部缝线裂开延期愈合，其余均1期愈合，5例经颌间牵引调枪，术后1个月基本恢复正常咬合关系。X线片示骨折线对位良好。咬合关系恢复良好。结论小型钛板内固定治疗颌骨骨折效果可靠，是较为理想的颌骨骨折治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of titaniumminiplate osteo- synthesis in jaw fractures. Methods 52 cases of jaw fractures treated with titanium - miniplate osteosynthesis were analysed. Through the X ray we observed the relationship between the fracture line and occlusion in l month. 3 months and 6 months after the operation. Results No infection was found in all the cases. The relationship between occlusion and the fracture line was good. Conclusion The titaniumminiplate osteosyn- thesis is an ideal method to treat jaw fractures now.
