香港作为国际金融中心之一,保险市场的高度竞争,激发了保险公司创新发展的热情,开展了一系列站在市场前沿的创新实践,香港地区保险市场在创新中取得了快速发展。保险创新的本质应以需求与市场为导向,进一步多途径、多领域地开展创新。今后一段时间,香港地区销售创新的重点将是个人营销的深化和银行保险的提升。组织机构创新是实现资源整合的条件,管理创新是提升公司内含价值的重要途径,监管创新有利于营造保险市场健康发展的环境。
As one of the international financial centers, HK's insurance market is highly competitive, which stimulates insurer's innovative enthusiasm. Some of their innovative practices stand at the front line of the global insurance market and as a result, the insurance market here has exhibited a rapid pace of development. In its essence, innovation should be driven by market demands, and achieved through multiple channels and in multiple fields. For a period of time in the future, the focus of innovation in HK in the area of sales will be the further development of individual distribution and bancassurance distribution. Innovation of organizational structure is the precondition for resources integration; management innovation is the important path for enhancing insurer's embedded value; and regulatory innovation is conducive to creating a favorable insurance market.
