天香丹结合康复治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效分析

Assessment of using the Tianxiangdan helpling rehabilitation therapy in chronic heart failure

目的:观察天香丹结合康复治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:71例CHF患者随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(35例),对照组给予西药常规治疗及运动康复训练,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用天香丹,每次一袋(9g),每日2次口服。1个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察2组基础心率、6min步行试验变化、Boston心力衰竭诊断标准积分和中医证侯积分及心功能疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组、对照组心功能改善总有效率分别为88.89%、65.71%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组心率较对照组明显减慢(P<0.05),6min步行试验距离较对照组明显增加(P<0.05),Boston心力衰竭诊断标准积分和中医证侯积分较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:天香丹结合康复治疗CHF患者可改善患者心功能和生活质量,减轻相关症状,提高病人实际生活能力,在心衰患者的体能恢复中显示出明显优势。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficiency of using the Tianxiangdan helping rehabilitation therapy in chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods： Seventy one patients of CHF randomly, were divided into treatment group（n =36） and control group（n =35）. Control group were given regular treatment and ex ercise training, while treatment group were added the Tianxiangdan basing on the control group, 9 g twice everyday, one month as a course of treatment and two causes of treatments were observed the effect of heart rate, 6 rain walking test＇s advancing, Boston itegration of diagnostic criterion and the itegration of traditional chinese medicine symptom, functions of heart. Results： In improving functions of heart after test, total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.89%. In the control group was 65.71 %, treatment group were evidently more effective than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. In terms of heart rate, treatment group reduced more than control group. In terms of 6 rain walking test, there were evidently increased in the treatment group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. In terms of Boston itegration of diagnostic criterion and the itegration of traditional chinese medicine symptom, treatment group evidently decreased quality of dan is goo Key words than control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions： Tianxiangdan can improve the function of heart and life, reduce the relation symptom, improve the actual living ability of CHF patients. Tianxiangdan is good at the recovery of the CHF patients with rehabilitation therapy in CHF.
