宁心通痹胶囊水提液澄清工艺研究

Study on clarification process of Ningxintongbi capsules

目的:筛选宁心通痹胶囊的最佳澄清工艺。方法:以水浸出物收率、总多糖含量保留率及丹酚酸B含量保留率作为评价指标,分别采用自然沉降法、低速离心法、乙醇沉淀法、天然吸附澄清技术对宁心通痹胶囊进行澄清工艺研究。结果:4种澄清工艺对3个指标均有不同程度的影响,其中使用ZTC1+1-Ⅱ型天然澄清剂对水提液进行澄清时,在药液比为1∶6.7、加入量为A组分:B组分=8%:4%条件下,水浸出物收率较低为33.33%,丹酚酸B及总多糖含量保留率较高,分别为86.93%、78.74%。结论:在宁心通痹胶囊水提液澄清工艺研究中,以加入ZTC1+1-Ⅱ型天然澄清剂的澄清效果最好。

Objective： To choose the best clarification process of Ningxintongbi capsules. Methods： By exterminating dry extract percent, total polysaccharide content and the content of salvianolic acid B, four clarification processes including centrifugal, ethanol precipitation, adsorption clarification technique were compared with nature sedimentation. Results： Four clarification processes had different level effect on the three indexes. Among them adsorption clarification technique could reduce the dry extract percent to around 30% and make the retention rate of the active components 86.93% and 78.74%, respectively. Conclusion： In the adsorption clarification technique ZTCl＋1-Ⅱ nature clarifying agent can be used as clarification process of Ningxintongbi capsules. agent
