Biographical Data Measure:An Effective Method of Human Resource Selection
摘要
本文主要对传记式资料测量的理论基础和传记式资料问卷的开发程序进行了系统描述,并分析了该方法在甄选中的实施效果。
This paper mainly introduces the rationale and the developing procedure of this method, and meanwhile analyzes its effectiveness in practice.
