摘要
根据气瓶的特殊形状尺寸,通过塑性成形工艺分析,为获得锻件的正确形状,必须进行大量的顶镦研究试验工作。用正交计算法来分析多因素多水平的顶镦试验,通过主要的顶镦模具结构及其工艺参数,通过较少的工艺试验,推算出最优模具结构及其工艺参数。
should be In order to obtain the conducted based on the right shape for forging part, special shape and dimension large amount of experiment of the gas bottle. Orthogonal calculation was used to analyze upsetting experiment of multi-factors with multi-level Optimal die structure and process parameter was resolved by small amount of experiment.
