等位性Q波临床意义的探讨

目的对心电图表现为等位性Q波患者的临床意义进行探讨。方法通过分析93例等位性Q波的心电图表现，并将其根据，临床诊断分为6个小组进行对比。结果等位性Q波与冠心病关系最为密切，P〈0．05有显著意义。与心肌梗塞程度、部位有关系，且认为心向量可帮助心电图完善对等位性Q波的鉴别。结论等位性Q波具有临床诊断意义，建议当心电图考虑为等位性Q波时，应加做心向量助于鉴别，减少假阳性。

Objective To explore clinical significance of allelism Q wave of electrocardiogram. Methods 93 cases of electro cardiograms with allelism Q ware were analyzed and 6 taxonomic groups based on clinical diagnosis were compared. Results The results indicated that allelism Q wave in electrocardiograms hare been strongly associated with Q wave in electro-cardiograms heart disease, （P〈0. 05）. and correlated with the extent of myocardial infarction, the location of myocardial infarction, and combine Vectorcardiogram（VCG） with electrocardiogram can perfect distinguishing of allelism Q wave. Conclusion Studies indicate that allelism Q wave of electrocardiogram Has clinical significance and suggest that Yect^rcardiogram （VCG） combined with electrocardiograms is used for distinguish in shed of allelism Q wave of electrocardiogram.
