HPLC法测定痛风宁口崩片中青藤碱的含量

HPLC Determination of Sinomenine in Tongfengning Orally disintegrating Tablets

目的建立中药痛风宁口崩片中青藤碱的含量测定方法，为痛风宁口崩片质量标准研究提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定了中药痛风宁口崩片中青藤碱的含量。以Dlamnosil C^18（4．6mm×25Omm，5μm）为色谱柱，甲醇-水-二乙胺（500：500：0．125）为流动相；检测波长为262nm。结果此方法线性良好，平均加样回收率为98．7％。结论本方法精密度高、分离度良好，可用于中药痛风宁口崩片中青藤碱的含量测定。

Objective To establish the content determination method of Sinomenine in Tongfengning Orally disintegrating Tablets. Methods HPLC method was used. Diamonsil CTM （4. 6mm ×250mm, 5 μ m） Column was used and the detection wavelength was 262nm, mobile phase consisted of Methol -H2O-Diethyl Amine （500：500：0.125）o Results The calibration curve was Linear with the average recoveries was 98.7%. Conclusions This method is accurate, reliable and repeatable, it can be used as the standard to control the quality of Tongfengning Orally disintegrating Tablets.
