报告1例Vogt-小柳-原田综合征。患者男,61岁。因头痛、发热、视力及听力下降3个月就诊,检查发现双眼急性色素膜炎。1个月后面部出现色素脱失斑以及部分头发变白。

A case of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome is reorted here.A 61-year -old man presented to the hospital for the fever,headache ,dysacousia and decreased visual acuity .Ophithalmic examination showed bilateral uveitis.One month later white macules occurred on the face and poliosis occurred on the head.
