A case of phytophotodermatitis with digital gangrene

报告1例植物光皮炎伴手指坏疽。患者女,51岁。进食野菜后在烈日下暴晒2h,结果暴露部位出现非凹陷性水肿性红斑。数日后水肿处出现大片瘀斑,并结痂,手指出现疼痛、坏疽。经糖皮质激素、血管扩张剂治疗4周,黑痂多数脱落,坏疽面积不再扩大。

A case of a 51-year-old female with phytophotodermatitis derived digital gangrene is reported .The patient had some edible wild before two bour sun exposure.She then developed non-edematous seelling on her face and dorsal hands.which evolved into dark-brown ecchymosis and crust.At the same time the pain and gangrene presented on the fingers.After four weed treatment of systemic steroids and vasodilators,the crust came off and gangrene was stable.
