摘要
报告1例单发性纤维毛囊瘤。患者男,68岁。右侧鼻翼外下方出现疣状增生物4年,无自觉症状。增生物组织病理学检查:真皮内可见由基底样细胞组成的瘤细胞索或细胞团,互相吻合交织成网状团块,嵌于纤维性间质中。诊断:单发性纤维毛囊瘤。
A rare case of solitary fibrofolliculoma is reported.A 68 year-old male patient presented with verrucous vegetation on his nasolabial groove for four years.Histopathological examination showed that basaloid cell formed network masses in liypodermis partially.Moreover they coincided with network masses and surrounded by fibrous interstitial tissue.
