摘要 论文在分析OA知识库发展现状的基础上,对建立与运行OA知识库涉及的运行机制、软件平台选择、服务模式选择等相关问题进行了探讨。 On the basis of analyzing the development status of OA repository, this paper discusses some corresponding questions such as the operation mechanism, the software platform selection and the service model selection.
