摘要
在建立流动控制方法的前提下,提出了求解单叶轮级轴流风机高效最优化流型的数学模型。采用SUMT算法,将有控制约束的最优化问题转化为求罚函数的无约束极小值问题。结果表明,采用流型优化的设计方法可使风机获得较高的效率和良好的气动性能。该方法用于实用设计是可行的。
Based on the flow control equadons of a single impeller stage axial -flow fan, the mathematical model is established to obtain optimal flow pattem under peak efficiency . By means of the SUMT method, the optimal problem with the control constrains is converted to a minimum value problem of penalty function with no constraint. Using the method advanced by the paper can obtain high efficiency and good aero-performance of the fan This method is quite applicable to actual design. work.
