浅析影响粉磨效果的因素

摘要 根据现有粉磨工艺状况,总结影响粉磨效果的因素。除了考虑到硅酸盐水泥熟料的组成与结构对其易磨性的影响和外加剂的使用,主要探讨粉磨工艺操作中各种参数对粉磨效果的影响。结果表明,喂料量与磨机功率,选粉效率与循环负荷等之间都有着相互影响相互制约的关系。充分的理解这些关系,有助于增加硅酸盐水泥熟料粉磨细度或提高产量。
