摘要
使用一台色谱仪,通过六通阀双柱切换分析顺酐生产中的CO、CO2、残苯和进口苯浓度,探讨了定量管的长度、双柱的阻压、固定相和定量方法四个问题。色谱分析条件为:热导池检测器、柱温60℃、柱A为活性炭、柱B为XE-60。
This paper described a method for the analysis of CO、CO 2、residual benzene and inlet benzene in maleic anhydride production process using a single chromatograph with double columns operated by a six way exchange valve;the length of the stainless steel quantitative tube is 800mm. Four questions of quantitative tubes length,double columnsresistance,stationary phase and quantitative analytical method have been discussed.Chromatographic conditions:thermal conductivity detector;column temperature,60℃;column A activated charcoal and column B XE 60
