摘要
分析了循环流化床中的气固两相流对还原剂喷入后混和情况的影响规律和循环物料对喷氨脱硝反应的催化作用,并利用一个小型循环流化床锅炉的实验进行了验证。在循环流化床锅炉炉膛中,气固两相流不利于还原剂的扩散,还原剂的混和与扩散主要在旋风分离器中完成。实验表明,循环物料中的活性成分对高温喷氨脱硝反应有较强的催化作用,增强了还原剂氨的反应活性,有利于氮氧化物的脱除。
This paper analyzes effect law of gas-solid two-phase flows existing in CFB on the mixed situation after reducing agent injection and catalytic perform.ance of circulating materials on denitrification reaction of ammnonia jetting. An experiment on a small CFB boiler is carried out in support of it. In the furnace of CFB boilers, gas-solid two-phase flows is unfavorable for the diffusion of reducing agent, and the mixing and diffusion of reducing agent is mainly accomplished in the cyclone separators. The experiment shows the active component of the circulating materials has a stronger catalytic performance on denitrification reaction of ammonia jetting under high temperature, which increases the activated reflection of reducing ammonia agent, which in turn is helpful for the removal of NOx.
