摘要
AD7712是美国AD公司推出的低成本24位模数转换芯片,采用Σ-Δ技术,受环境噪声的影响比较小。结合当前实时数据采集系统要求精度髙的问题,提出了一种基于AD7712的高精度实时数据采集系统的设计及具体实现方法。根据系统设计要求,详细给出了硬件电路的设计和软件流程,并应用于现场测试得出结果,证明该数据采集系统完全满足高精度的要求。
The AD7712 is a kind of analog to digital convert chip by Analog Devices of US. It employs ∑ - △ conversion technique to realize up to 24 b of no missing codes performance. The effects of circomstence noise are eliminated by on - chip self - calibration. According to the high precision demand of real -time data collection system, the design and realization method are put forward based on AD7712 high precision real - time data collection system. The design of hardware circuit and software flow are detailedly brought forward according to the system design require. The data collection system based on field test satisfies request of high precision.
