PCI is the short form of Peripheral Component Interconnect,and as a generic bus interface standards, it got very extensive application in the current computer system. PCI has provided a set of comprehensive bus interface standards. This article is mainly based on using character- driven model system developing PCI Device Driver Development in Linux,and go deep into the future of developing PCI device.
