荧光粉试验管的研究与设计

摘要 简要介绍了场发射显示用的荧光粉试验管,提出将ITO透明导电层的制作技术应用于钠钙玻璃基板,并对整个工艺流程中的丝网印刷技术和真空封接两个关键工艺过程进行论述。实验证明,该试验管能正常工作,荧光粉发光亮度最高达8 000 cd/m2,测试结果表明该管达到了预期的设计目标。 This paper is mainly about the research of a test- tube which can be used for the capability testing of phosphor powder used in field emission display. It is innovated in techniques that the fabrication technology of ITO is used for Na - Ga glass. And silk- screen print and vacuum sealing are very important processes, they were discussed in details. It is proved by this test that the test - tube can work correctly. The brightness of the test - tube is 8 000 cd/m^2.
