摘要
根据榆树林油田地质特征和开发现状,研究了套管损坏机理,讨论了轴向拉应力对套管强度的影响。结果表明,套管损坏多发生在注水井,以泥岩和砂岩段的套管变形为主要形式。在泥岩层段,由于高压注水,引起泥岩层吸水蠕变,使得J-55型套管难以承受较大挤压力,导致套管损坏。而在砂岩层段,由于高压注水引起砂岩垂向膨胀,在径向挤压载荷的作用下,也使得套管受到损坏。建议在泥岩蠕变井段。
According to the geologic characteristics and development status of the Yushulin Oil Field, the mechanism of casing damage is studied and the effect of axial tension on casing intensity is discussed. Results show that most of the casing damages occurred in injection well and the casing deformations in mudstone and sandstone sections are the main form. Because of high pressure water flooding, mudstone layer creep and sandbody vertical expansion make J 55 casing not strong enough to bear larger squeeze pressure thus leading to casing damage. Thererfore, P 110 casing should be used in mudstone sections.
