摘要
针对现场应用的无热再生干燥器控制柜存在的问题进行了分析,指出了由机械式继电器和时间继电器构成的控制系统所存在的弊病,从而设计了一套单片机控制系统,利用该系统的8155输出口控制无热再生干燥器的5个电磁阀的切换,由于8155输出口送出的控制信号驱动能力不强,所以中间加有74LS06驱动电路驱动固态继电器,固态继电器的输出接220V电磁阀,从而控制2个干燥器自动切换。
Based on the analysis of the problems of the non heated regeneration drying cabinet, the defects have been pinted out in the control system composed of the mechanical relays and timing relays, and a single chip computer (SCC) control system has been designed, the output port of which controls the changeover of the electromagnetic valves in the cabinets. Considering the incompetence of the control signal's drive energy sent out by the 8155 output port, the solid state relays of 74LS06 drive current have been sandwiched, the output of which being 220 V electromagnetic valve. The timer in the SCC serves as the timing system.
