论唐代政事堂的迁址与中书令的独尊

On the Transfer of Zhengshitang and Domination of Zhongshuling in Tang Dynasty

政事堂是唐代宰相的办公之所,先置于门下省,后迁至中书省。本文通过对政事堂地址变动的分析,来说明中书令一职从一般宰相到首相的转变,以及由此对唐朝中枢政局造成的影响。

Zhengshitang is the office of the prime minister in Tang Dynasty,which is first situated at Menxiasheng and later transferred to Zhongshusheng. This paper attempts to explain the transition of the position Zhongshuling from the ordinary minister to premier and its influence on central government by analyzing the change of the address of Zhengshitang.
