摘要
大庆炼厂重油催化裂化装置所用裂化原料油性能比较复杂,为了能够预测该装置在不同原料配比和不同操作条件变化时的规律,应用同轴式催化裂化试验装置,在ZCM-7超稳剂上研究了温度分别为500℃,515℃,530℃及剂油比为5,6,7三个条件下,所选三个代表性油样的裂化性能。
The feedstocks of Daqing Refinery RFCCU are of complex components. In order to estimate the RFCCU under different operating conditions and with different feedstocks, we have tested with temperature 500 ℃,530 ℃, and the cat to oil is 5,6,7 respectively, about three typical feedstocks on ZCM 7 using cracking catalyst. These results will be applied to the establishment a mathematical model which may fit Daqing Refinery RFCCU.
