水平井大斜度井钻井液流变参数调控技术的实验研究

摘要 在自行设计的实验架上,对钻井液携岩能力进行了实验模拟,分析了各种因素对钻井液携屑能力的影响,获得了为现场所用的水力参数调控方法,通过对钻井液600,3及6003的控制,实现了对其水力参数的调控;调控最佳范围:3为8~10,600为60~80,6003为5~10。 The solids carrying capacity of drilling fluid was modelled on experimental rigs designed by ourselves. Effects of various factors on solids carrying capacity were analysed. We derived the method of adjustment and control on hydraulic parameters for field use. By controlling drilling fluid with  600 , 3 and  600  3 , adjustment and control of hydraulic parameters were carried out. The best range of adjustment and control is as follows:  3 is from 8 to 10;  600 is from 600 to 80;  600  3 is from 5 to 10.
