稠油高温集输系统保温材料及结构研究

摘要 方法对酚醛树酯改性PIR泡沫保温材料进行性能测试,并预制了有机—无机保温结构、复合硅酸盐保温涂料等不同保温结构,在180、220、250℃条件下,采用YYJ120-2-J型热油炉,按GB8174-87标准对各埋地和架空保温试验段进行测试。目的针对辽河油区高温集输工艺的需要,研究开发出不同保温材料和保温结构。结果酚醛树酯改性PIR泡沫保温材料在180℃条件下,虽靠近管壁有局部碳化现象,但碳化层较硬,保温层外表面温度及热流损失值不随时间变化,实测总传热系数K≤0.6W/(m2·K);复合硅酸盐类保温涂料热阻较小,层间温度高,散热损失大;微孔硅酸钙保温材料实测总传热系数小于1.0W/(m2·K),但局部缝隙处表面温度和散热损失都较高。结论酚醛树酯改性PIR泡沫材料可在180℃条件下短期使用;在200~250℃条件下,微孔硅酸钙外加双防护层保温结构较合理;复合硅酸盐类保温涂料不能应用。 Method Performance test has been carried out for PIR foam insulating material modified from phenolic resin. Different insulating structures such as organic-inorganic insulating structure and compound silicate insulating coating have been premade. Tests also have been carried out for each buried and aerial insulating section according to GB 8174-87 standard by using DYJ120-2-J hot oil boi1er at temperatures of 180, 220, 250 C. Purpose In accordance to the need of high temperature gathering technology in Liaohe oil province,to develop different kinds of insulating materials and structures. Result There is local carbonization near the pipe wall at 180℃ when using PIR foam insulating material modified from phenolic resin,but the carbonization layer is hard;the outer surface temperature of the insulating layer and the heat loss of the flow don't depend time;the measured total heat transfer coefficient K≤0. 6 W/(m2·K ); the thermal resistance of compound silicate insulating coating is low, its interlayer temperature is high,the radiating heat loss is great;the measured total heat transfer coefficient of insulating material of microporosity calcium silicate is less than 1. 0W/(m2·K), but both the surface temperature in local cracks and the radiating heat loss are high. Conclusion PIR foam material modified from phenolic resin can be used for a short time at 180℃; at 200 ~ 250℃, the structure of microporosity calcium silicate plus double protective layers is more rational; the compound silicate insulating coating can not be used.
