Comparison with Content of Total Flavonoids Between Fruits of Nitraria tangutorun Bobr.and Its Leaves in Different Time

目的:比较唐古特白刺不同时期果实和叶所含黄酮量[1]。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定唐古特白刺不同时期果实和叶总黄酮含量。结果:叶及不同时期的果实所含黄酮量有差别。结论:相比较,叶中所含黄酮量最多,其次为成熟果实。未成熟果实含量最低。

Objective： Comparison with content of total flavonoids between fruits of Nitraria tangutorun Bobr in different time and its leaves. Methods ： Total flavonoids of fruits and leaves of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr were determined by UV spectrophotometer in different time. Results： Total flavonoids of leaves and fruits were affected by different time. Conclusion：The content of total flavonoids in leaves of Nitraria tangutorun Bobr is higher, next mature fruits, and then, immature fruits is lowest.
