摘要 目的:比较唐古特白刺不同时期果实和叶所含黄酮量[1]。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定唐古特白刺不同时期果实和叶总黄酮含量。结果:叶及不同时期的果实所含黄酮量有差别。结论:相比较,叶中所含黄酮量最多,其次为成熟果实。未成熟果实含量最低。 Objective: Comparison with content of total flavonoids between fruits of Nitraria tangutorun Bobr in different time and its leaves. Methods : Total flavonoids of fruits and leaves of Nitraria tangutorum Bobr were determined by UV spectrophotometer in different time. Results: Total flavonoids of leaves and fruits were affected by different time. Conclusion:The content of total flavonoids in leaves of Nitraria tangutorun Bobr is higher, next mature fruits, and then, immature fruits is lowest.
