中草药对嗜水气单胞菌ST-3-3抑菌作用的研究

Study on Bacteriostatic Action of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Aeromonas Hydrophilia ST-3-3

目的:筛选出对嗜水气单胞菌有抑制作用的中草药,为病害防治提供理论依据。方法:采用纸片琼脂扩散法测定药物的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度。结果:嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydroph ila)ST-3-3对试验的101种中草药极为敏感的只有五倍子,高度敏感的有丁香等6种,中度敏感的有甘草等23种,不敏感的有穿心莲等71种。结论:五倍子等30种中草药可以用于防治嗜水气单胞菌病。

Objective：To seaserch new antibactierial activity substance from Chinese herbs to control bacteriosis of tishes. Method ： Kirby - Bauer method was used to measure minimal inhibition concentration（ MIC ） and minimal bacteriacidal concentration（MBC） of these Chinese herbs . Rusuh ：Aeromonas hydrophila ST -3 -3 was the most sensitive to Gulla Chinensis which is one of 101 kinds of Chinese herbs in the tested, more sensitive to 6 sorts , sensitive to 23 sorts , no sensitive to 71 sorts . Conclusion： 30sorts of Chinese herbs, such as Gulla Chinensis , can cure and prevent the Aeromonas hydrophila disease.
