脑缺血兴奋神经毒性损伤的中医药实验研究进展

Experimental Study Progress on Excitatory Neurotoxicity Injury of Cerebral Ischemia

文章阐述了脑缺血神经兴奋性损伤的主要机制,并从中药复方、中成药、单味中药、中药提取物及有效成分等多方面阐述了中医药对神经兴奋毒性的抑制作用。大量研究表明:中医药在兴奋氨基酸毒性这一环节可能有抑制作用,能抑制EAA的释放下调NMDA受体,从而起到保护神经元作用。

The paper expounded the main mechanism of excitatory neurotoxicity injury of cerebral ischemia, from these aspects of complex prescription of Chinese herbs, Chinese patent drugs, and so on, explained the inhibition of Chinese herbs on excitatory neurotoxicity injury. Many studies showed that TCM maybe had certain inhibition in the link of exciting amino acids toxicity, could suporess the release of EAA and down rezulation of NMDA acceptor to achieve the effects for protecting neuron.
