滋阴益气活血解毒法与2型糖尿病及其血管并发症

The Effects of Tonifying Yin and Qi and Promoting Blood Flow to Detoxicate on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Its Complication of Blood Vessel

收集了近几年来国内有关糖尿病及血管并发症报道的文章,发现“虚、毒、瘀”是其病理关键。其中气阴两虚,肝肾阴虚为其发病的根本,而瘀毒聚集又导致糖尿病血管并发症的发生。大量的临床研究显示,滋阴益气、活血解毒法的恰当运用对本病的治疗尤为重要。

Through collecting some domestic papers to report diabetes mellitus（DM） and its complication of blood vessel in recent years, the study found that ＂deficiency, poison, blood stasis＂ were the key pathology. It was fundamental that deficiency of qi and yin, hepatic and renal yin deficiency to get sick, aggregation of blood stasis and poison caused blood vessel complication of DM. Many clinical studies showed that tonifying yin and qi, promoting blood flow to detoxicate had an important effect in treating the disease.
