摘要
目的:研究戴力新合并多西环素对慢性前列腺炎伴状态焦虑的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性前列腺炎伴状态焦虑的患者随机分为2组,一组采用多西环素加戴力新治疗,另一组采用多西环素加安慰剂治疗,疗程4周。结果:多西环素加戴力新组和多西环素加安慰荆组治疗慢性前列腺的总有效率分别为55．8％和27．3％(二者比较:P<0．01),治疗状态焦虑的总有效率分别为79．1％、29．5％(二者比较:P<0．01)。结论:对慢性前列腺炎伴状态焦虑患者,给予多西环素治疗慢性前列腺炎的同时,给予戴力新抗焦虑治疗,能取得良好的综合疗效。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Deanxit combined with doxycycline for the treatment of chronic prostatitis complicated with anxiety.Methods：A total of 90 patients with the diagnosis of chronic prostatitis complicated with anxiety were randomly divided into two groups.The study group received combined treatment of doxycycline and Deanxit,and the control group received combined treatment of doxycycline and placebo.Results＇The total effective rate of chronic prostatitis of Deanxit group and placebo group were 55.8% and 27.3% （P〈0.01）. The total alleviating rate of anxiety of Deanxit group and placebo group were 79. 1% and29.5% （P〈0.01）. Conelusions：Deanxit can enhance the treatment effect of doxycycline for chronic prostatitis complicated with anxiety.
