摘要
采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和氧化腐蚀试验评价了11种碱金属盐的抗氧化行为。DSC测试结果表明,当抗氧剂对,对-二异辛基二苯胺(DODPA)存在时,碱金属盐可以显著地提高季戊四醉酯的氧化诱导时间和起始氧化温度。氧化腐蚀试验表明,在胺类抗氧剂对,对-二异辛基二苯胺和N-苯基-α-苯胶(PANA)的存在下,碱金属盐可以有效地控制酯类油酸值和粘度的变化。
Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and oxidation-corrosion test were employed to evaluate antioxidative performance of ester lubricants with various alkali salts. The DSC oxidation test showed that the alkali salts can signicantly increase the oxidative induction times and the incipient oxidation temperatures in the presence of p,p'-dioctyldiphenylamine (DODPA). The oxidation-corrosion test indicated that the alkali salts can effectively control the variation of viscosity and acid number of the ester oil in the presence of both DODPA and N-phenyl-α-naphthylamine (PANA).
