摘要
探讨远程医疗中的信息协同技术,提出了一种基于即时通讯技术(IM)的医疗协同方案。采用开源的XMPP协议,能方便地实现远程医疗中各种信息的交互,实现人与人之间的协同,人与各种智能设备的协同,智能设备与智能设备之间的协同。本研究对此原型及相关技术做了描述,并展示了如何通过好友(医生和患者,医生和医生,医生和智能设备)间的消息沟通,实现各部分的协同工作。
In medical care fare, convenient information exchange can promote the efficiency of the workflow. The computer supported cooperative work（CSCW） technology in telemedicine was discussed. A novel telemedicine solution was put forward which was based on instant inessaging （IM）, using an open source protocol - the XMPP. The model and the technology were also described. It shows that the medical care information can be exchanged more convenient and the cooperating work of people - people, people - intelligent devices, devices - devices can be realized.
