摘要
针对目前牙轮钻头保径设计存在的问题,系统地分析了牙轮钻头的保径结构,提出了牙轮背锥临界保径线的新概念.根据牙轮背锥临界保径线的特殊性质,利用AutoCAD绘图软件包建立了镶齿钻头保径结构设计的计算机图解法和相应的计算机程序,为钻头保径结构设计提供了一种简便、直观。
Some existing problems in design of gauge structure of rock bit are systematically analyzed. A new concept of the critical heel curve with special properties is proposed. A computer graghic method and corresponding computer programs with auto CAD softwares are developed, and a new handy audio visual accurate method for the design of rock bit gauge structure is presented. The result shows that the new method is simple, visual and accurate.
