摘要
应用ASMEIWB—3650压力管道缺陷评定规范,对以单面整圈未焊透为主要缺陷的重整临氢管道进行了安全评定,提出了有一定深度的未焊透焊缝在特定条件下使用的可能性。通过评定分析,放宽了对体积型缺陷的限制,可以避免盲目返修。
By use of ASME IWB 3650 code “psessare pipe faults evaluation”,the safe evaluation of reforming pipeline exposed to hydrogen with main faults of sigle side whole circle non through welding is carried out. The utilizable possibility of a weld with faults of non through welding in a certain depth and at special conditon is proposed. By means of evaluating analysis,the reguirements of whole volume type faults are relaxed,and blind reparis are avoided.Service problems of numerous pipeline with faults beyond the standard are solved.
