摘要
合成了N-月桂酰基肌氨酸[nC11-H23CO-NHCH(CH3)CH2COOH,LS]。用失重法和电化学测试法分别研究了LS在中性水体系中结碳钢的缓蚀性能以及LS与钼酸钠的协同缓蚀作用,实验结果表明:LS是高效的阳极型缓蚀剂,其缓蚀性能优于钼酸钠,与钼酸钠的复合缓蚀体系的缓蚀效果明显,且具有一定的抗温与浓度波动能力和很高的抗氯能力。同时,还用Langmuir等温吸附方程式初步探讨了该复合体系的缓蚀作用机理。
The LS synthesized in lab is a kind of corrosion inhibitors with the type of acylamide carboxylic acid. The inhibiting function and the synergistic effect of LS with sodium molybdate in the neutral water system are studied by weight - loss and electrochemical methods. The lab results show that LS is an anodic corrosion inhibitor with high efficiency, and has an inhibiting function better than sodium molybdate. The composite system of LS and sodium molybdate has an obvious effect of corrosion inhibition. It also possesses certain abilities of anti-temperature and anti-concentration fluctuation,as well as a very high resistant capacity to C1-. The inhibiting mechanism of the composite system is also discussed by Langmuir aquation of isothermal adsorption.
