电火工品电磁危害的光纤测试方法 被引量:2

摘要 为了精确、实时测量电火工品电磁危害,在分析了电火工品电磁危害的3代测试方法的优缺点后,建立了一套响应时间快、测试精确的白光干涉型光纤测试系统。利用Labwindows/CVI为该测试系统编写了控制测试软件。测试系统较好解决了其它测试方法在电磁危害测试时引入误差、稳定性和灵敏度的问题。对某型电火工品的直流标定实验和静电放电实验表明,在人体—金属模型下,对25 kV的静电放电电压,该电火工品为安全。该光纤测试方法可为电火工品测试技术研究提供参考。 Researchers formerly did not cognizant of the electro-magnetic hazards (EMR) in the process of design, manufacture and using of electro-exploding devices (EED). Now the power of radio transmitters and radars increase gradually, at the same time lots of electro-magnetic pulse (EMP) weapons are used in modern battle field, which leads to deterioration of electro-magnetic environment (EME) and misleading exploding of EED in ammunitions and weapons. That is severe threaten to the safety of solders and battle effectiveness of troops. After lots of blast incidents, the problem of EED electro-magnetic hazards measurement is put forward. This paper details the virtues and shortcomings of the three generation electromagnetic hazards test methods. One set of white light interferometer optic-fiber measurement system was set up for electromagnetic hazards test. This system has the virtues of fast response time and precision, and well resolves self-problems of other systems such as importing error, stability and sensitivity. The controlling and testing software for this system was compiled by LabWindows/CVI. The direct current eallbration experiment has been done. Then get the calibration curve. The most severe ESD model which is the body-metal model (BMM) is used in experiment. This experiment for one type of EED has been done. According to the calibration result and the evaluation methods of electro-magnetic hazards in this paper, the experiments result can be got that this EED is safe for 25 kV ESD under the BMM. This experiment method can provide one valuable reference for people who engage in EED measurement.
