摘要
为解决燃料电池汽车的电磁兼容问题,针对燃料电池客车采用的高压驱动系统中存在的传导性骚扰源,通过现场测量的手段,分析了其频率特性,给出了相应的骚扰源特点,并和ISO7637-2中建议的标准抗扰度测试波形进行了对比。比较结果表明两者之间存在较大差异,很有必要针对燃料电池客车开展新的电磁兼容研究。该分析结果为制订新的测试标准和开展进一步燃料电池汽车电磁兼容研究提供了必要的依据。
The application of inverter and electric motor would cause serious EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) problems, which could be a serious threat to the safety run of the new fuel cell vehicles. The characteristics of disturbance sources have a far influence on the numerical simulation, testing, EMC standards and so on. But now there is still not enough related work on the EMC research of these new vehicles. The composition of the main electric system was introduced and the high frequency characteristics of the main conducted disturbance sources in the driving system by measurement. Typical waveforms and analysis results are given. These sources are mainly in the frequency range from 1 MHz to 25 MHz. Their transient amplitude might be beyond 100V. The results are compared with those standard waveforms suggested in ISO 7637-2. The comparison shows that they are completely different. Because that ISO 7637-2 is carried out for traditional internal combustion engine vehicles without considering the new characteristics caused by the inverter and motor,the presented results will be a necessary reference for new testing standards and farther automotive EMC research.
